- 1 lbs. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup (56 grams) part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup (55 grams) Mids Pizza Sauce
- 1/4 cup (28 grams) part skim mozzarella cheese
- + Any toppings of your choice!
NOTES: I used extra lean, but you could use a higher fat option if it fits your macros better.
